Enjoy gorgeous ocean views from your lanai.  Watch whales breach, view other islands, or just relax 
with your favorite beverage and enjoy beautiful Maui Sunsets from one of your three private lanais. 

Walk a few steps from the complex and enjoy the warm, crystal clear waters of the Pacific Ocean, 
where you can swim, snorkel, surf, or just relax and soak up some rays on our golden, sandy beaches. 

Maui Banyan is a great family resort, with 9 acres of lush tropical gardens, two pools, two Jacuzzi 
spas, tennis court, gas barbecues and free covered parking. The condo is located in a quiet 
area of the complex, just steps from world famous Kamaole II Beach. Shopping, restaurants, and 
nightlife are just up the sidewalk and within one minute walking distance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations 90 days or 
more from check-in. There is a $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & Value 
Seasons. A $250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for 
cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. 
Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
