1st Floor:

1st Bedroom with 1 twin bed

Main Floor:

2nd Bedroom- 1 Queen Bed

3rd Bedroom- 1 Queen Bed

couch (not a pullout but very comfortable to sleep on)

Loft (#4th bedroom):

1 queen bed and a trundle with 2 twins

1st Floor: includes a wetbar with beverage refrigerator. Pool table, stereo, TV/DVD player, dart board, full bathroom, 1 bedroom

Main floor: Living room, fireplace,TV/DVD player, eating area which seats 6, kitchen w/dishwasher, stove top, coffee maker, microwave, large toaster oven, refrigerator, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, Weber grill, 2 decks- 1 overlooks a mountain range in the front of the house and 1 in the rear of the house which is very peacefully surrounded by the forest. **The ability to babyproof the main floor is available**

Loft: includes the queen bed and the trundle. TV/DVD player. The loft has a door.

Winter 2009-2010 rates:

Seasonal Rental $11,200 November 15, 2009-April 15, 2009. Contact owner for deposit and security information. For seasonal renters, does not include fuel. That will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Non-holiday rates:

Monthly $4000

Weekly: $2300

Weekday (Monday-Thurs): $300 per night

Weekend: 2 night minimum

Friday night & Sat night:  $800

Friday, Saturday & Sunday: $1100

**Cleaning fee $100 for general cleaning. If it includes more then a general cleaning, the additional amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a letter of explanation will be sent.

**Linens, including towels are not included. They are the responsibility of the guests

**Payments are required 3 weeks in advance along with a signed rental agreement and security deposit of $600. If payment is less then 3 weeks, a bank check is required. ***$600 security deposit is for all other rentals then seasonal. Please contact the owner for security deposit information for seasonal rentals***

**Copy of drivers license needed
