All you need is here. Large open floor plan with two bedrooms each with queen size beds. There is a full kitchen with access to new laundry room. Peak-a-boo ocean view from kitchen. BBQ on front deck. New furnishings that include a pull out sofa bed that sleeps two. Large flat screen TV with surround sound/outdoor speakers. DVD/CD/MP3 player with iPOD dock. Beach chairs, beach towels, surfboards, boogie boards, bikes also available for you to use.

Super close to beautiful sandy Hermosa beach. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the sand and downtown pier area. There are many restaurants and bars in the area and in very close proximity to our property. Located in the quiet northern part of Hermosa so you can walk to both the Hermosa and Manhattan piers. Los Angeles is a short 20 minute drive and we are very close to LAX airport.
