Electricity and gas – covered up to $100 a month. A copy of the electric and gas bill will be sent
to you if it is over $100 (generally it stays below $90,) and must be paid to the landlord within 5
days.

Deposit at time of reservation: $750

Cancellation Charge; If cancelled 90 days before occupancy - $100.00 administration fee.

If cancelled after the 90 day period before occupancy - $500.00 including administration fee.

Renter must sign an official rental agreement.
