Close to Las Vegas style Casinos, Movie Theatres, Museums and shopping.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Airconditioning, waher/dryer, garage with direct access, gas fireplace. 
Full size bed in Master Bedroom, Full size sofa bed in second bedroom. Can provide roll-away if 
necessary.
Basic cable, DVD, VCR, Stereo System. Shared pool and jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen with 
microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and dishes etc.,

Patio and private courtyard.

No pets and no smoking allowed!!!!

No maid service! Daily Cleaning service optional at renters expense. 

Activities and Attractions

Spa Casino, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Knotts Water Park, Palm Springs Desert Museum and Palm 
Springs Air Museum, Palm Springs Follies and Cinemas/Movie Theaters.

Vacation Rental Rates

December 1 - April 30, $2100/month, 1 month minimum, $500 security deposit, cleaning fee $150.00/
month per monthly occupancy.

October, November and May, $1900.00/month, 1 month minimum, $500.00 security deposit, cleaning fee 
$150.00/month per monthly occupancy.

June 1 - September 30, $1700/month, 1 month minimum, $500.00 security deposit, cleaning fee $150.00/
month per monthly occupancy.

Transien Occupancy Tax: 11.5%

Deposit at time of reservation: 50%

Cancellation Charge; If cancelled 90 days before occupancy - $100.00 administration fee.

If cancelled after the 90 day period before occupancy - $500.00 including administration fee.

Renter must sign an official rental agreement.
