Secluded Lake House, Close to all attractions in Tampa

This  house was completely renovated & updated 
in 2007 and is situated on a 3 acre parcel on King Lake. An extremely quiet area on a dead end street, you will not be disturbed by anything but nature. 
The fishing is awesome from the private dock! The Lake allows any
boat or Jet Ski. House has everything waiting for you. The large kitchen with granite counter tops feature all stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, etc. etc. There is also a gas grille outside you are also welcome to use. Basic cable is included as well as internet access.
It is important to us that everything you need is here for you. 

The large family room boasts an awesome fireplace, with a sectional
couch, and a TV for your enjoyment. A dvd player is there if 
wish to sit back and relax and enjoy some movies. You will find a stereo system and CD player to be able to relax, and enjoy some music by the fireplace. The kitchen and living room look out over the lake, offering you a spectacular view. There are sliding glass doors leading you right to the back deck. There are also sliding glass doors off the master bedroom that lead you to the rear deck where a wicker table and chairs are situated for you to enjoy some quiet time. 
The bathroom off the master suite has double sinks, a spectacular tub and a separate shower. The bathroom on the opposite side of the house between, but separated from, the other 2 bedrooms is a full bath with a shower only. Both bathrooms have all the linens that you could want. A hair dryer is already here as well. There is a washer and dryer to help you with any laundry needs that you might have while you are staying with us. An iron and ironing board are also there if you should need them. The master bedroom has a King size bed, another has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has one full bed in it. 
Cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.
This house is perfect for everything, whether you want to relax or spend all day at Bursh Gardens, you can have the best of both worlds here!

Tampa is easily accessible via the veterans express way which is 6 miles from the house, and Tampa Airport is less than a half hour drive.

Mabry Exit. The house is 5 miles north of the exit ramp. Property
is just north of Cheval Golf and Country Club, one of the more elite
communities in Tampa.

Nov 01 2009 to January 23 2010 rate is $900 per week
January 24 2010 to February 6 2010 rate is 1200.00 per week
February 7 2010 to May 1 2010 rate is 1000 per week
May 2 2009 Aug 28 20010 rate is $800 per week 
Aug 29 2010 Nov 01 2010 rate is $850 per week
Discounts for rentals of one month or more, just ask.
One week minimum rental- generally Saturday to Saturday

A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation as well as a $200 refundable security fee. The balance will be due two weeks prior to arrival. If unable to travel we require 14 days notice prior to arrival. You will get your deposit returned minus the security fee of $200 which will be kept as a cancelation fee.

All rentals of LESS than one week must be paid in full.

A 10% discount is given to those who pay in FULL when booking a week or more.
