Beach Bungalow in Hernando Beach

This cozy beach bungalow is warm and welcoming. You will be on a deep water canal just minutes to the Gulf of Mexico.  Once you arrive you will want to kick back and kick off your shoes, for some well deserved R&R. 

This is a tropical paradise with beautiful sunsets complete with dolphins and manatees.  Enjoy world class fishing just steps away from your back door. Enjoy reading a book or napping in the hammock.  Hernando Beach is a quiet peaceful place to get back to nature and re-energize. 

Hernando Beach is surrounded by wildlife preserves, wetlands, spring fed waterways and rivers. (this  property has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico)

If you want more than this you can be in town in less than 10 minutes. Enjoying all the amenties the town has to offer many world class golf courses, shopping,  movies,  bowling, restaurants.

 Small dogs will be considered, feel free to ask.  Smoking is allowed only outdoors. 

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and bakeware.

Appliances include coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot, NEW Flat top stove/oven, new refridgerator with icemaker and  a washer/dryer. Kitchen has a round table with 4 comfortable swivel chairs

The living room has a recliner, sofa &  loveseat  along with  track lightning, original & cool terrazzo floors and tongue and groove wood ceilings which makes for a cozy and comfortable area.

There is a 37" Flatscreen TV with cable, DVD player, I-pod Docking Station, Internet, along with  Playstation 2 with games, CD/AM/FM stereo, as well as a  selection of cds, movies, books and games.  

Bathroom has bathtub/shower was remodeled in 2011. House includes  all linens as well as plenty of beach towels, hair dryer and some first aid supplies

Master Bedroom is bright and light decorated in a light house theme. This has a queen size bed, 2 nite stands and a chest of drawers.

Guest room is also bright and decorated in a surf motif, this room has a twin trundel bed and dresser.

Patio outside is under cover, there's a patio table and chairs, double size hammock, Gas grill, as well as adirondack chairs and a fire pit. A filet table is located by the dock with fresh water and outside shower.  There is a floating dock and seawall for swimming and fishing.   

onsite: Boating, kayaking,Stand up Paddleboarding, canoeing, fishing, hiking, biking, deep sea fishing, inshore fishing, sunset cruises.

5-7 miles: Golf at many of the area golf courses-two championship courses. Farmers market, Resturants, Pine Island Beach, many nearby parks, Yoga/Pilates/Zumba studio, gym, bowling, movie theaters, flea markets,  Weeki Wachee Springs (land of the mermaids) shopping and more.

Historical Brooksville, San Antionio and Dade City 20 minutes 

South: 12 miles your Hudson, Sams on the beach with live music on the weekends.

South: 30 minutes, your in Tarpon Springs renowned Greek Villiage know for sponge diving, quaint shops and Greek pastries.

South: 50- 60 minutes,  Clearwater Beach, Tampa, Ybor City, Hard Rock Casino 

North:  20 minutes,  Homossassa Springs  nature parks with manatee boat tours on the river.

East: 90 minutes Orlando attractions Disney, MGM, Outlet malls galore, Bass Pro shop and Kennedy Space Center

High Season (November 15-April 14 $700 per week $2000 USD per month  (4 Weeks)

Off Season April 15-November 14) 1-2 person occupancy  $400 per week or$1300.00 USD a month (4 Weeks)

Note: High Season Rates may also apply to rental dates that fall on designated Federal Holidays.

Minumum 4 nite rental. Maximum 6 month rental

Rates are based on a 2 person occupancy. Each additional person is $25 per person per week extra

Pet Fee: There is a $50 per pet cleaning fee

Damage Deposit of $75/wk or $250/month is REFUNDABLE if no damage or extra utilities are incurred.

Cable, Washer & Dryer and other Utilities included.

*If utility usage exceeds $50.00 per week it will be deducted from your deposit.

Check in after 3pm. Check out by 11am.
