Brooklyn Heights is referred to as “ Manhattan East”  because it is the first location off Manhattan Island and is more convenient to all the spots of interest in Manhattan than most Manhattan neighborhoods. It offer’s the serenity of tree lined blocks and the beautiful scenery unequaled anywhere in the city. And all of this just a three block walk and 15 minute train ride to Times Square, Grand Central Station and all the New York attractions.

High ceilings and big windows welcome the sunshine all day long and frame the setting of one of the most beautiful tree lined blocks in New York City.

The full kitchen provides granite counter tops, Sub Zero refrigerator and every gadget you need to cook all your favorite meals to make your visit unforgettable, INCLUDING: Microwave oven, regular oven, gas stove top, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender and all cutlery and stemware. Save your money on eating out!

The gorgeous bathrooms are designed for every comfort and are sparkling clean. Just lie in the tub and relax.

Finally the spacious living room, which comfortably seats 7, has bright sunshine during day, special adjustable lightning system in the evening, cable TV, Show Time, DVD player for your relaxation.
All rooms have air conditioning and blinds or shutters and there is no elevator to wait for. The apartment is on the second floor up a flight of stairs. Bedding sets, towels, dishes, glasses and cookware are all provided.

All rates listed are for 2 people.  Add $25 per night for each additional person.

Standard rate: $299 per night

Peak Rate:$399 Per night
Peak Time: May 23rd through Sept. 9th
                 November 15th  through January 5th
All rentals are charged a $ 85 cleaning fee, plus applicable 8.625% taxes.


Terms & Conditions:  A deposit of 2 night's payment is required to reserve the suite for 3 nights or less.  1 night's payment applies applies towards your stay, the other night's payment automatically converts into a security deposit upon arrival and is refunded within 48 hours of your departure, minus any fee's for damage.
The entire deposit is refunded upon cancellation, minus a $50 processing fee, if request is received within 45 days of start of stay.
Deposits are accepted via the PayPal by invoice we e-mail to you.  The balance of your stay is due upon arrival in cash, not check.
