We have completely refurbished our condo with the intent of making it one of the most comfortable vacation rentals at Madeira Beach. This is a water front condo just 20 steps from the water. There are water views from the Bedroom and the living room. Who wants to wake up looking at a parking lot or at another condo? Sit in your leather recliner and watch the sailboats go by. Coordinate with the owners and they may take you for a sail on their sailboat. Sit and relax on your private patio with a clear view of the entire waterside portion of the complex. This is an adult’s only rental. Madeira Beach Yacht Club is located on a peninsula extending out into Boca Ciega Bay. It is a gated and well maintained condo complex with on-site management. The Gulf of Mexico is just 100 yards away.

We have new carpet in the bedroom and new tile in the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a leather loveseat, couch, chair/ottoman Flat screen LCD TV (with cable), DVD and stereo in the living room. The bedroom has new tropical style furniture, TV and a new king-sized bed. Full Kitchen, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Filtered Water, Cooking Utensils, pots dishes, silverware. Quality Linens are included. There is a Washer, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Beach Chairs, Patio Chairs and table. The complex has Two Heated Pools, a Jacuzzi, Saunas, an Exercise Room with weights and aerobic machines, a Card and Reading Room, Billiard Room with two Pool Tables & Four Fishing Docks. Madeira Beach is a inviting, quiet little beach town just minutes from dozens of shopping and eating locations. No-smoking. No pets.

Walk to many different Shops, including a Supermarket, Post Office and a large Drugstore. The Gulf Beaches Library is across the street. The library has computers to use with Internet access and printing facilities. If you bring your own laptop, free Wi-Fi connection is also available at the library.  Tennis, Basketball & Shuffleboard are across the street at the City recreation park.
