This lovely three-bedroomed corner plot, Eagle Marsh Golf Club villa at Jensen Beach Country Club is located in a perfect position for access to the community tennis courts, swimming pool and clubhouse. All these amenities are just steps away!
*UPDATE* The villa now has three double bedrooms available to comfortably sleep 6 adults. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are currently being equipped with new beds and mattresses. The Master has a King, Bedroom 2 has a Queen and Bedroom 3 has 2 Single beds.
The villa benefits also from a two car garage, two full bathrroms, an open plan lounge and large fully fitted kitchen with dining area as well as a lanai for all of those wonderful evenings of dining al fresco - BBQ is included. There is also a flat-screen TV with basic cable and there is a phone system in the house should anyone wish to take a monthly service from AT&T.
