Very comfortable, cozy, guesthouse, located on a quiet street above the Montecito Country Club. Location is 1 mile from Montecito, 2 miles to Sterns Wharf and downtown shopping. Easy freeway access north and south
Guest house has it’s own separate driveway with parking, private entrance, inside square footage is 500 but feels much bigger with high ceilings, 2 sets of French doors leading to large outdoor private deck with lots of sun, ocean view, unit is detached from main house, very private and quiet.
Rental is for one or two persons, smoking on deck permitted, pets considered
