House is located in neighborhood where most of the houses have full time residents.  It is on a corner lot, and there is a great view of the lake from the back yard. We live in the San Diego area so the next door neighbor keeps an eye on our property for us.  There is a very nice grocery store and few restaurants close by, and it is about a 5 minute drive to the center of town where the London Bridge is.  February is a great month to be in town.  There is a HUGE fireworks convention on Presidents weekend.   They shoot the fireworks off at the Speedway and you can see the fireworks from the drive way of the house.    

Lake Havasu's warm climate allows time to enjoy the outdoors and nature.  While walking one of the many marked BLM trails you can experience the desert wild life and landscape.  Just as you pass over the historic London Bridge, there a 4 mile walking path on the island .  Laughlin, Historic Hwy 66, the western town of Oatman, and Hualapai Mountain County Park are a short road trip away.
