Need a place for your pets too we accept them upon approval.  The home features doggy door and fenced yard for family friend.  Have a larger family plenty of beds in this home. 3 BEDROOMS, a LOFT with 2 twin beds is the 4th Bedroom area. This home also features  (2) Sofa sleeper 1  in living room area and another in the basement . NO TRAIN NOISE  here this one is nessled in Kachina Village surrounded by huge ponderosa pines trees. Your just minutes from everything from the mall to the movies come in on I-17 and your in town in 6 miles.  Nau sun dome is 6 miles. Features include Oven, Mircowave, washer and dryer.  3 TV's  Living room features  3 TV'S in this home.  (1)Flat screen 32 inch Flat Screen TV  this one has Direct TV with a Dvd Player lots of movies in this area.    (TV number 2)and DVD player in Master Bedroom is for watching movies it does not have direct TV.   Final TV number (3) is a TV which is only used for the Super Nintendo  it has the hook ups like a gun and game pad.  You can use any game station you may want to bring along  and hookup to down stairs in the basement area. This area also has the sofas. Everything your family might need is in the kitchen, Coffe maker, Blender,  toaster, Dishes, Dishwasher and Pantry . We now a A/C unit that sits up stair in the window.

Downstair basement area with TV and  Super Nintendo Player and Sofa sleeper for your family to enjoy. 

This home will give you the peace and quite you so long for when you come to the woods.  Great paths for walking surround the nieghborhood. State Land is in front of the Kachina Store for you ATV and  long hikes with the dog.

This Cabin is  3 Bedrooms with( A loft that also has 2 tundle beds) this is are 4th bedroom area.  The sofa is also a Queen size sleeper in the living room area.   This area is done in Tongue in grove wood.  It also has a window A/C unit for the warmer nights.  One more sofa sleeper in the basement.

PETS love this home since it has a large dog door located in the French door off the kitchen. The yard is  fenced area that leads up to the deck and then into the kitchen.  There is also a door down stair in the basement that can be open for the dogs to enjoy with the kids. Call it a play area with stair that lead into main home.  

The basement is this addtional area with 2 sofas. One makes into another bed and it also has older larger style TV for the Super Nintendo.

 Master bedroom features 1 King size bed with deluxe mattress and comforter.

Large Walk in closet and private bath in the Master bedroom.

Upstairs Loft has tundle bed ( 2 twin size mattress)

Guest Bedroom 1 has a kingsize  day bed.

Guest Bedroom 2  has matching  twin size beds with head boards (2). Then a  Dresser and night stand.

Living room features a beautiful pellet stove for small fire. Sofa also makes out into a sleeper for extra guests.

Entertainment center with Dish Satelite Flat screen  TV and DVD to enjoy the shows!!

The dining room has seating for 6 put plenty of extra chairs around for the guests who might need them.

The wood ceilings and so much wood all around above cabinets and on the stair well. This home give you the true feeling of being in the woods.  It is a rustic cabin in the woods with big pine trees.

YOU ONLY SHOVEL IN-BETWEEN DAYS OF STAY.   THIS IS NO COST TO YOU!!

 If you bring a pet it must be approved and fees may apply .  Call me for pre approval of the breed and size . 

  Rates are the same for 1 person as for 12 people. I do not have hidden fees such as extra booking costs or extra perosn fees or credit card-transaction fees. You just pay the rate plus the cleaning fee for one simply total price .

 50% Deposit is required to hold your reservation.  I accept Pay-Pal, Credit Cards. Master card, Visa, Discover.  I also will take your personal checks 7 days prior to your arrival date, it must clear before your arrival date.  50% Balance due and cleaning fee are paid day of arrival.  

The deposit if FULLY REFUNDABLE up to 14 days prior to your arrival.  After that time it become NON-Refundable it will apply to your stay amount.  The balance is due  on day of arrival.

  Credit Cards are accepted upon arrival you must have a credit card or debit card for the security authorization. You will also need a current drivers licenses upon arrival this will act as a form of security deposit.   We are happy to accept Visa, Master card and Discover along with pay pal.
