This large cabin has plenty of beds for sleeping the entire family, 3 BEDROOMS, and a LOFT with 2 twin beds as the 4th Bedroom area. This home also features (2) Sofa sleepers, 1 in the living room and another in the basement. There is NO TRAIN NOISE as this cabin is nestled in Kachina Village surrounded by huge ponderosa pines trees. You are just seven miles from Flagstaff that includes a mall, movies theaters, restaurants, the NAU campus and Sun Dome. This home includes Oven, new Microwave, Washer and Dryer. Cabin features three TV's, one Flat Screen 32 inch TV with DISH network that plays DVD’s and VHS movies. Many movies are located at the cabin for your enjoyment. The second TV is in the Master Bedroom for watching movies (not hooked up to DISH Network). The basement has a sleeper sofa and microwave for popcorn. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans and pantry. The second floor has an A/C unit that sits in the window for those few days in the summer when it gets a little warm.

This home will give you the peace and quite you so long for when you come to the woods. Great paths for walking surround the neighborhood. State Land is in front of the Kachina Store for you ATV and long hikes with the pets and family.

This Cabin has three Bedrooms and a loft that has 2 trundle beds as a 4th bedroom area. The sofa in the living room is a Queen size sleeper. The living room and kitchen is decorated with knotty pine tongue-in-groove wood and has a very cabin feeling. The loft has a window A/C unit for the warmer nights. The basement has a queen size sleeper to accommodate two extra people. DISH INTERNET SERVICE with HD service in the living room.

PETS love this home since it has a large dog door located in the door off the kitchen. The yard area is fenced that leads up to the deck and then into the kitchen. The gates in the fence area are locked, so your pets are safe and secure. There is also a door downstairs in the basement that can be opened for the pets to enter and enjoy with the family. The basement can be a play area with stair that leads into main home. The basement has two sofas with one being a queen sleeper sofa.

Master bedroom features 1 King size bed with deluxe mattress and comforter, this includes a large walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower.

Upstairs loft has trundle bed with two twin size mattresses or can be converted into one king size bed.

Guest Bedroom 1 has trundle bed with two twin size mattresses or can be converted into one king size bed.

Guest Bedroom 2 has matching twin size beds with headboards (2). This room includes a dresser and nightstand.

Living room features a beautiful freestanding gas stove with thermostat. This complements the force air heater that enables the cabin to stay warm on the coldest nights. The living room sofa converts into a queen sleeper for extra guests.

Entertainment center with DISH Satellite Flat screen TV and DVD/VHS player for movies to enjoy!!

The dining room has seating for 6 put plenty of extra chairs around for the guests who might need them.

The knotty pine tongue-in-groove wood ceiling gives the true feeling of being in the woods. It is a rustic cabin in the woods with big pine trees with all the amenities of home.

We Accept Credit cards, Pay-Pal and Personal checks, please inquiry for Invoice on payment. You may cancel within 14 days of stay and get a full refund. Cancellation may be made within 30 days during the holiday season and summer time get a full refund. The Current Rates posted below. Big Savings in weekly rates if your staying 7 nights or longer. The Cleaning fee $125.00. 

This home feature wireless Internet!! Snow Service to clear the driveway is provided.

March 2013 - $150.00 per night. 

April 2013-  $150.00 per night

May- June of 2013- $175.00 per night.

July 2013- $1,400- $1,300.00 per week.

Cabin is booked by the week only for July of 2013.

May- June-  $200.00 per night.

Holiday rates may be slightly higher. July is rented by the week only.

 If you bring a pet it must be approved and fees may apply .Call me for pre approval of the breed and size . 

  Rates are the same for 1 person as for 12 people. I do not have hidden fees such as extra booking costs or extra perosn fees or credit card-transaction fees. You just pay the rate plus the cleaning fee for one simply total price .

 50% Deposit is required to hold your reservation.  I accept Personal Checks, Credit Cards. Master card, Visa, Discover.  I also will take your personal checks 7 days prior to your arrival date, it must clear before your arrival date.  50% Balance due and cleaning fee are paid day of arrival.  

  Credit Cards are accepted upon arrival you must have a credit card or debit card for the security authorization. You will also need a current drivers licenses upon arrival this will act as a form of security deposit.   We are happy to accept Visa, Master card and Discover along with pay pal.
