It is in the southern portion of the circle described by the Yamanote Line, south of Akasaka and north of Azabu, Tokyo.

Roppongi is known as the entertainment hub in Tokyo for fabulous night life and foreigner friendly.  It is also very convenient to major subway stations in Tokyo.

• Fee for additional tenants
  - Less than one month -> 5,000 yen per person.
  - More than one month -> 10,000 yen per person.
  - An infant or a child in kindergarten is not counted as a tenant.
  
  
• Paid service
  - Rental of bedclothes (Futon) -> one set 6,300 yen per month. (Daily rate is unavailable.)
  - Simple room cleaning -> 10,500 yen for each time.
  - Sheet change -> 3,700 yen for each time.
  - Rental of a personal computer -> 5,000 yen per month. (Daily rate is unavailable.)
  
  
• Long stay discount
  - You can get 60,000 yen cashback for every 6 months you stay.
  - Discount amount will be deducted from your 7th month rental expense.
  - Long stay discount offer cannot be used together with any other campaign offer.
