Welcome to your next perfect California Vacation at the "Anaheim Sunset".

The Anaheim Sunset is the closest condo to Disneyland, California Adventure & Downtown Disney. Our condo is right across the street from Disneyland and our guests say that walking from door to door takes 10 minutes.  Or, you can take the FREE Disneyland Tram by walking 5 minutes to the tram pick up location and within 15 minutes you'll be in Disneyland or California Adventure!  There is no need to pay $15 to park at Disneyland or Downtown Disney because you are only a few steps away. 

The living room features new flooring and includes a 37" high definition flat panel LCD television with a DVD player and cable television.  The Master bedroom suite features a queen size bed, walk in closet (w/pack n play) and a TV with VCR/DVD player.  There is also a desktop computer with internet access and WiFi throughout the home for your convenience. The second bedroom boasts a full/twin bunk bed (sleeps 2 below and 1 above). The condo also has an available queen sized air mattress with sheets.

At meal time, you will find every amenity necessary for a completely home cooked meal (dining table seats 4-6) or you can just stroll across the street to Downtown Disneyland for a dinner and a movie! Many excellent restaurants and entertainment options are nearby as well.

In the evening you can enjoy the incredible Disneyland fireworks show through both NEW bedrooms windows which provide the perfect view. You can also relax at the large sparkling pool and jacuzzi after a long day at Disneyland while the children play either in the children's pool or in the complex playground.

All the amenities at the condo are for your full use to make your vacation completely hassle and worry free.  Central AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Full refrigerator, kitchen wares, linens/bedding and towels. All you need to bring is yourself and your family!

A parking spot is also reserved for your convenience and is located about 15 feet from your front door making unloading and loading much easier.

• Shoulder Season consists of September 4th, 2012 through November 18th, 2012 and November 26th, 2012 through December 19th, 2012.
• Mid Season consists of January 3rd, 2013 through February 17th, 2013, February 26th, 2013 through April 8th, 2013, and April 23rd2013 through May 31st, 2013.
• Peak & Holiday Seasons consist of the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, New Years Eve, Oscars week, April 9th, 2013 through April 22nd, 2013, and June, July, August.
• **Rates may be higher during the week of E3 conference, which will be held in Los Angeles Convention Center in 2013.
• There is no security deposit required, however we require all our guests to be protected by a Property Protection Plan. The cost for Property Protection Plan is 49$ per stay regardless of the length of your stay, and will cover for incidental damages, such as lost keys, broken windows etc. 


• 50% of the payment should be paid in advance to secure the reservation by PayPal, using your credit card or Bank account securely, and the remaining balance is to be paid at 30 days prior arrival.


• This unit accommodates 7 people. Additional fee applied after 4th person.
• One time housekeeping fee of $120 to be added to the total regardless of the duration of the stay. This covers departure cleaning, and is not daily housekeeping.
• Our check-in time is 4 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. Early/Late check-ins are $40.00 based on availability. Check-outs after 2 PM are an additional night's stay.
