The Anaheim Sunset is the closest condo to Disneyland, California Adventure & Downtown Disney. Our condo is right across the street from Disneyland and our guests say that walking from door to door takes 10 minutes.  Or, you can take the FREE Disneyland Tram by walking 5 minutes to the tram pick up location and within 15 minutes you'll be in Disneyland or California Adventure!  There is no need to pay $15 to park at Disneyland or Downtown Disney because you are only a few steps away.

Anaheim Sunset has been newly renovated. The living room features new flooring and includes a 37" high definition flat panel LCD television with a DVD player and cable television.  The Master bedroom suite features a queen size bed, walk in closet (w/pack n play) and a TV with VCR/DVD player.  There is also a desktop computer with internet access and WiFi throughout the home for your convenience. The second bedroom boasts a full/twin bunk bed (sleeps 2 below and 1 above). The condo also has an available queen sized air mattress with sheets.

At meal time, you will find every amenity necessary for a completely home cooked meal (dining table seats 4-6) or you can just stroll across the street to Downtown Disneyland for a dinner and a movie! Many excellent restaurants and entertainment options are nearby as well.

In the evening you can enjoy the incredible Disneyland fireworks show through both NEW bedrooms windows which provide the perfect view. You can also relax at the large sparkling pool and jacuzzi after a long day at Disneyland while the children play either in the children's pool or in the complex playground.

All the amenities at the condo are for your full use to make your vacation completely hassle and worry free.  Central AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Full refrigerator, kitchen wares, linens/bedding and towels. All you need to bring is yourself and your family!

A parking spot is also reserved for your convenience and is located about 15 feet from your front door making unloading and loading much easier.

$120 Cleaning fee + $400 refundable security deposit (within 2 weeks of checkout).
