This is a Direct Beach Front Studio Suite located at Shell Cove Condominiums, 2310 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island. A perfect, ideal vacation getaway for couples or singles. It is a quiet, small 12-unit complex with six-upper and six-lower individually owned condos. It is located on the southernmost end of the island midway between the two bridges that serve the island from the mainland. The entire exterior of the complex was completely renovated in 2008 and offers the look and true feel of Old Florida. Unit #1 is a non-smoking, double-entry ground floor end unit, beautifully turn-key furnished. Amenities include a new 32" Panasonic High Definition TV & DVD, Verizon secure Wi-Fi wireless internet, a comfortable Simmons BeautyRest Queen-size bed, a brand new Whirlpool full-size refrigerator with automatic ice maker, a brand new Whirlpool stackable compact washer and dryer. Beach chairs, towels and sun umbrella are provided for your convenience as well. You also have your own assigned car parking spot that is located just outside your window.
Shell Cove is a special island place right on the soft, white, sugar sands beach with a location that offers privacy, relaxation, and a spectacular setting of natural beauty, lined with hundreds of unique sea shells, surrounded by sea oats, sea grapes, beach daisies and also many species of beautiful birds such as pelicans, herons, sea gulls, sand pipers, wild parrots and more, its a virtual wildlife habitat !
Free open-air trolley transportation is available on all of Anna Maria Island with a trolley stop right across Gulf drive and a few steps from Shell Cove that comes by every 20 minutes to take you anywhere you desire on the island!
We are also pet friendly and will allow small dogs with caring and responsible owners. There is an additional daily pet fee of $20.00 .
All unit rentals are subject to a sales/resort tax of 11.5% and one-time condo cleaning fee of $45.00
