Okemo/Killington Ski House in Okemo

Located just off Route 100, on the banks of the Black River, between Lake Rescue and Echo Lake, this house is very private and secluded. However a great country store and the Echo Lake Inn are within easy walking distance.

The town of Ludlow is just a short drive. It is a typical ski town with plenty of entertainment. The main entrance to Okemo and the Jackson Gore entrance are only five miles away. It is just twelve miles to the Killington gondola.

Access to snowmobile trails is nearby, but not close enough to hear them.

The house has four bedrooms and two baths (one with a 2 person jet tub). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances, including a dishwasher. The lower level has a game room with a pool table. 

Both the living room and the game room have satellite TV service and gas fireplaces. DVD and VCR players are located in the living room. Off the dining room there is a deck with steps to the back yard. Art the river's edge is a fire pit with wood porvided. The house has a washer dryer, A/C.

Small pets are welcome but there is a $50.00 fee for special cleaning.

There are a million things to do in Vermont. In the winter skiing and riding are paramount. But on a bad day you can still have fun. The house is not far from the town of Woodstock which has a great farm museum and some wonderful restaurants.. You can take a drive on Route 100 to Waterbury and sin at Ben & Jerry's.

In summer swimming, fishing canoeing are available on Echo Lake. Plymouth State Park on the Lake is just a mile up the road.

   High Season: Jun 13 - Sep 4, Dec 19 - Apr. 1 - $995/wk plus tax

   Christmas, New Years & President's weeks - 1,995/wk plus tax

Winter Season: Jan 4 - Apr 1 - $8,995 plus utilities
