Exclusive 3500 sq. ft. luxury villa with amazing ocean and bay view from all suites and the spacious living room and the large swimming pool. Situated right behind two beautiful paradise beaches out of a total of 23 in South America's most attractive, tropical, holiday resort, Búzios. Close to any imaginable water sport, 18 hole golf and the beautiful and romantic town center. Built by well renowned architect in 1998 in all exclusive natural stone and polished hardwood complimented by stylish new furnishing. The view is simply exquisite. Watch the mountains across the bay even resting your head on the pillow! The huge swimming pool shares the same spectacular ocean view. Four wonderful suites with nine beds, all with ocean view, air conditioned and with large bathrooms and wardrobes. Build in 24 hour guarded Condominium close to two of the most famous beaches in the exclusive international tropical resort; Búzios.

The villa offers four separate air-conditioned suites, all with spectacular ocean views and on-suite bathroom. Suite 1 has one double bed, suite 2 has one double and one single, suite 3 has one double and suite 4 has two singles.

The grand and open, tall ceiling living area offers full panoramic ocean and mountain views from all dining and sitting areas.

The villa also offers flat screen TV with satellite dish, DVD, CD, stereo and wireless internet, fans, a full kitchen with gas stove, hot plate, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Service and laundry area iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, sheets and towels included. Showers and bidets in all suites, bath tub in suite 1, baby high chair, Ironing board.

We have several service options available. Regular maid service is at a modest extra which can include a full day of service from around 9am to 5pm as well as light cooking such as breakfast and lunch.

If the wish is to have an actual chef to cook dinners we can arrange packages by two different top international chef at a very decent rate. A package like this can include the shopping for the food and as well as any types of food that is preferred.

The pool, grounds and main deck with sun loungers is shared among only five other houses of which one has a private pool and most of the others are rarely used. The sharing allows us to offer fully gated and 24/7 guarded grounds and parking.

Privately at the villa we have we have a barbecue area and a smaller deck. All of the main exterior areas offer the same exceptional ocean and mountain view as seen from the villa.

The peninsula Búzios enjoys year round summer with 254 average sunny days and offers 23 beautiful and exotic yet very different beaches with crystal clear water.

We offer a special agreement with an experienced local fisherman that can arrange fishing, whale watching and dolphin or sea turtle tours way beyond the regular tourist tours. The waters are also a must see for scuba divers and Búzios also offers international class golf course, surfing, kite surfing, mountain biking / cycling, windsurfing, night clubs, sea / ocean, sailing, water sports, hiking, trekking, canoeing, deep sea fishing, fishing, horse back riding, tennis and much much more.

The peninsula is mostly famed for its 23 beautiful paradise beaches and the romantic “pirate feel” down town is often likened to Saint Tropez. A tropical haven for actors, musicians and sports stars, Búzios offers exceptional shopping, the classy restaurants and a vibrant night life.
