Reservation/Security Deposit-$1000.00 to reserve unit. 50% of total payment due 60 day prior to occupancy and remainder/full payment due 30 days prior to occupancy.

Cancellations-No Refunds unless another renter is found for the same dates.

Reservation/Security Deposit- ($1000.00) will be refunded 45 days or less after your departure. Any other debits will be for damage to the property or lost keys.
