Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, formal living room, formal dining room, a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with solid granite counters and breakfast bar, full size laundry room with Neptune washer and dryer; master bedroom with fireplace and balcony overlooking the 1/2 acre yard with  gorgeous pool, spa, waterfall and your own mini golf course and putting green, accented by a background of the lights of Las Vegas Strip.  Large comfortable leather sectional sofa accents the first floor famiy room which also offers fireplace and  flat screen HD televison, it is open to the kitchen area and is perfect for large family gatherings.

All rates are US dollars, please inquire about discoutned rate for longer stay, $500 deposit is rquired for reservations, deposit is refundable with 60 or more days notice. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival; Cleaning fee is $180

Monday - Thursday $300 per night ( 3 night minimum)

Friday to Sunday $350 per night ( 3 night minimum)

Holidays, Christmas and New Years $450 per night ( 4 night minimum)

Monthly rate (credit check required)  $5500 - $8000 (depending on which month)
