Most of the apartment building is rented by people from all around canada every year, they have established a great comunity life, they play bingo, drink a good wine and sit by the pool to talk.

As for the location, the apartment is right in the middle zone of chicxulub, by the sea, and has a mini mart just crossing the street. The place has a lot of things to make your vacatios as easygoing as posible.
