Pentwater Blue in Pentwater

Pentwater Blue-When you see it you’ll say, "I guess that’s why they
call it The Blue (Pentwater Blue)". The Blue is a newly renovated
historical home in the heart of Pentwater Village. It was built in
1879 one of the most desirable homes in the village. The Blue is set
up to accommodate 3 separate families or one large one. The total of
all living space approximately 3000 square feet.

The main house- has 3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 bedrooms with 2 twins
beds each and one with a full size bed. There is a beautiful full
bath with the original claw foot tub and pedestal sink, with an
updated handheld shower. Downstairs there is a formal living room
with a wood fireplace and original hardwood floors and chandelier,
there are antiques and old photos throughout. The formal dining room
has beautiful tile floor and chandelier. We have a big screen T.V.
VCR and DVD, many games and card tables. There is a desk and Fast
speed internet connection along with cable T.V.

There is a front porch that opens out from the Formal Living room
with garden views and chairs to enjoy the summer breeze off the
lake. The Large Kitchen and eating area are fully equipped with all
new appliances, including dishwasher. You will find plenty of
cooking utensils and fully equipped for you to prepare your own feast
and serve it in style. The attached family room has a queen size 
Deluxe mattress Futon and here rests the big screen TV and ceiling fan. There
are French doors that open out to a deck and a beautiful garden view
with a porch glider to sit back and enjoy the peace and tranquility
of Pentwater. There is a full Laundry room with new washer and
dryer. It has a full bath with a pedestal sink and shower. The
Kitchen also has a counter that you can pull up barstools and eat in
addition to the kitchen table and the Formal Dining room. We provide
linens and towels, so you have everything that you will need.

We want you to feel like you are not staying at a rental you are our
family’s guest at our beach town getaway. Off the kitchen there is
yet a third deck and a grill and picnic table which is shared with
the Utopia suite. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms for the
extreme heat in the evenings, but usually there is no need for air
due to the breeze off the lake.

Utopia Suite- Is the (masterr suite) perfect romantic getaway for anyone wanting to
renew their passion for each other and for life. Utopia is just
that, it has its own entrance from the gated garden area and a deck
which has a grill and picnic table. Utopia has a small full kitchen
with table and chairs for two. There is a big screen TV, VCR and
DVD. Fast Speed Internet access and cable hook up. There is a queen
size Bed and Dressers and plenty of closet space. There is full bath
with a shower and your own washer and dryer.

Utopia looks out over its own private garden and its easterly windows
allows for sun in the AM and shade in the afternoon. All Utopia
needs is you and your favorite person in the world and you will know
why we named it Utopia. Everything you will need as far as cooking
utensils, linens, towels, blankets and pillows are all furnished.
Just bring you and your suitcases and some beach towels. Air
conditioning for use in the extreme heat of the night, but usually
not needed due to the lake breeze.

The Bungalow-is off on its own, private from the rest of the house.
It has its own shaded patio, grill and picnic table, chairs with
garden views. The Bungalow has a queen size bed, couch and round oak
dining room table and chairs. There is a small full kitchen, fully
equipped. There is a TV, VCR, DVD and Cable with high speed internet
service. The Bungalow has a full bath with a shower. There is your
own washer and dryer. Air conditioning, Linens and bath towels
provided.

Our home has been shared with many other families for the past six year s and we fill up nearly the entire summer due to its splendid location and splendid accomodations.  These kinds of homes fill up quickly and folks want to come back year after year.
