We are surrounded by great dining, shopping and entertainment be it in Aventura, Sunny Isles, Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, Bal Harbor, South Beach, Bayside Marketplace, The Swap Shop, Youngs Circle/Historical Downtown Hollywood, Ft. Lauderdale/Las Olas, along the intracoastal or just next door at the Diplomat. Our building offers state of the art gym facilities, recreation rooms and even a Theater. January to March = $2200 - $2400 a month (minimum 3 month seasonal rental preferred)
