bedroom and 2 bath house with modern furniture and new
appliances.

The lower level has large family/entertainment room with a bar and and 37" TV , DVD Player, Cable TV service, and large sectional couch. There is an office with a desk, a phone and high-speed Internet connection. Wi-Fi is accessible troughout the house. There are 3 cordless phones that include long-distance calls within the US. Cable TV includes premium movie chanels like HBO, Showtime and Cinemax.

Main floor has a master suite and 2 other bedrooms.  There is also a living room with cable TV, fireplace, recliner chairs and a sectional couch, kithen, dining room and a sliding glass door to two-tier deck.

Deck has a table with umbrella and chairs, gas BBQ grill and access to the pool. Pool access from the deck is gated to protect small children.

The front and back yards are level and there is a fish pond on the back yard with a waterfall.

You will have full access to amenities available within the
community.The amenities include a stocked lake for fishing, picnic area and children playground all 1 block from the house. Community also provides security.  The roads in the community have very little traffic and are perfectly suited to enjoy jogging, walking, and bycicling while enjoying scenic and piecefull surroundings.

The house within minutes drive to  major ski resorts like Alpine, Jack Frost,
Big Bolder, Camel Back and Blue Mountain.

Pocono Raceway a 15 min drive and a home of Pocono 500 and Pennsylvania 500. Big Bolder Lake a 15 min drive.

"Mount Airy" Casino and All major stores like Target, Walmart, Best Buy and the Crossing outlet mall within 20 minute drive.

10 Minutes to downtown Stroudsburg with restaurants and stores.
