The dining area which can seat 10 comfortably also has a granite drinks bar with a wine/beer cooler. The comfortable living area with its sunny South/West balcony has a 42inch flat screen TV with state of the art surround sound and feature gas log fireplace. As well as surround sound in the living area the condo has a sophisticated central sound system with control panels in every room to allow you to listen to your favorite music anywhere in the condo!

This stunning top floor end unit enjoys a light and sunny aspect with views towards the Yampa Valley from the living quarters and sun drenched private balcony. There are also Mountain views from some of the bedrooms giving you the complete package!

4 of the 5 bedrooms have luxurious en-suite bathrooms with tub and/or shower and a jetted tub and double shower can be found in the master bathroom. There is also a 5th bathroom next to the 5th bedroom. All bathrooms are stocked with plush bathrobes, luxury towels and Aveda bath products.

Other amenities include complimentary high-speed wireless internet, stereo with I-POD dock. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with integrated DVD players. There is an in-condo washer and dryer, in-room safe, private ski-lockers, air-conditioning in the summer and private heated underground parking. We can also leave an X-Box360 or PS3 to help keep the kids (big or small!) occupied while you relax!

As part of the Trappeurs Crossing Resort, Emerald Lodge has use of all of the Trappeurs facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, Fitness Center, 3 Pools, 6 Hot Tubs, Sauna and Day Spa. Additionally, Emerald Lodge has its own Private Pool and 2 additional Hot Tubs which are accessed from the same level as our condo.

This condo is very spacious with a floor area of 2431 square feet (including balcony) and has a maximum occupancy of 12 people.

If you don't want to walk the two blocks to the Gondola, the on-site ski valet will load your ski/board equipment onto the on-demand private shuttle and whisk you from the front door to Gondola Square. The shuttle will also take you Downtown, to the grocery stores or indeed anywhere within the Steamboat City limits.
