This immaculate beach home, which was just remodeled in January 2008 is
offered as a weekly vacation
rental. Our home is immaculate, with everything you need to make
this an unforgettable stay. Our two bedroom/two-bath home, which
sleeps six, is 1 short block to the ocean. We have full beach access
with newly constructed stairs down to the sand.
Watch for the dolphins and sea otters cruising with the surfers.
Nearby you can visit Capitola for shopping, wine tasting and
dining. Or visit Pacific Street in Santa Cruz for a unique shopping
experience. The Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor is a quick drive as well as
the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
Perfect for a peaceful romantic get-away, or a fun family vacation.
We are located 30 minutes from Monterey and Carmel; 45 minutes from
Half Moon Bay and the Silicon Valley; one and a half hours from San
Francisco.

2 Bedroom / 2 Bath: Large master bedroom with California king bed.
Second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can convert into king bed.
Bath was completely remodeled with new tiled shower. One bathroom has full
shower/bath.
Sleeps 1-6: Perfect for couples, friends or a family!
Additional sleeping: A full size sleeper sofa bed (queen) in the
living room.
Fully equipped, completely renovated kitchen: All new cookware, gas stove,
dinnerware,
refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker,
blender and all necessary basic spices and condiments in
refrigerator. We recently put in all new dishes and glassware and
anything you need to make a gourmet meal.
Extra amenities: Wireless internet, Combination Washer/Dryer,
outdoor gas BBQ, built in fire pit (perfect for roasting
marshmallows), outdoor eating area (seats 6), soft bed linens and
towels, board games, lots of books, magazines, beach toys, outdoor shower and
protected, fenced yard for young children or families with a dog.
Electronics: TV/VCR in both bedrooms and a flat screen TV in the
living room, VCR, DVD, and FREE wireless high speed internet access.

Low Season: Sept 15th - May 31th(2 night minimum)----$1700/wk
Low Season: Nightly $250, cleaning fee $100 - minimum
of two nights
Peak Season: June 1st - September 16th----$1950/wk, cleaning $100
Holidays: Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years - High season rates
