surrounded by forestland, this house has the space for a big get
together, location for easy access to every tahoe spot, internet
access and the best hot tub for a higher level degree of indulgence.
Access to Tahoe Rim Trail, hiking trail (cross country ski and
snowmobil trail ) are literally out of the back door.
You can start the cross country ski from the backyard into miles of
forest.
Ski resort is just 6 miles to Northstar, and within 20 minutes to
Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Mount Rose and Diamond Peak.
In the summertime, the best sandy beach at Lake Tahoe is two miles
away. Jack Nicklaus's designed golf course - Old Greenwood is in 7
miles distance.
Nevada state line and casinos are about five miles away.
I-80 is ten miles with easy access.
House Rules : no smoking, no outdoor shoes indoor, no pets allowed on
furniture, responsible adults and families.
