Cancellation Policy: A Cancellation fee of 15% of monthly rental amount will be imposed on all cancellations. Certified letter of cancellation must be received within 14 days of arrival date for refund. No refund for early departures.

Electric utility is included up to $100/month during peak seasons and up to $50 per month during off-peak season. Any electric charges in excess will be due from the tenant.
