The master bedroom has a dresser, chest with a NEW HDTV television, and a NEW king size plush bed plus its own private bathroom with high easy-reach double sinks.  A large master walk-in closet is accessible from the bedroom instead of the bath.  The guest bedroom has two twin beds, dresser, and chest with a television.  The dining room table extends to accommodate eight diners.  The tile flooring is throughout for walker, cane and wheelchair maneuverability.  The elevator provides access to the covered parking garage below.  The balcony overlooks the pool, beach and ocean and spans the whole width of the living room.  The south-easterly view is endless from the minute you walk through the door.  The sunrises are spectacular!  Scroll through the eight photos to get a feel for the wonderful experience but you have to stay here to enjoy it!

SPECIAL - If you rent for TWO consecutive months we will multiple the lowest of those months by two. (for example Dec & Jan $3900 x 2 = $7800. a savings of $800, Nov & Dec $3000 x 2 = $6000 a savings of $900, Apr & May $3000 x 2 = $6000 a savings of $1500.  Any month in the summer is less than $100 a night.  Wow, that's a steal!)
