Featuring an oversized living room this beautiful condominium is located at the Excelsior Condos in Siesta Key, Florida. This is a Gulf to Bay complex. You walk right across the street to your private, gated beach access with a heated pool and hot showers and bathrooms. The Excelsior is a large beach to bay complex and we manage multiple units.

This is a very large unit w/ vaulted ceilings. You have a dining room and an eat in kitchen area. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet. End unit w/ additional windows! Very private! Full wall of sliders leading to a very large lanai with beautiful views of the tree tops and partial intracoastal views. It has it’s own covered parking space under the building and is right across from the elevator!

Excelsior has some of the oldest and most beautiful trees on Siesta Key! Excelsior is one of the most luxurious condo complexes in Siesta Key. This floor plan features an interior designed to offer luxurious relaxation. This luxury community includes large heated swimming pools, 2 heated Whirlpools Shuffleboard, 3 lighted tennis courts, outdoor barbecues, picnic areas & much more.

Relax in our 2 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 6. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, bedside tables, dresser, cable television, vcr, a ceiling fan and large walk in closet. The main bathroom includes a full shower/tub combo and his and her vanities.

The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, clothes dresser, and wall closet. The second bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door, and includes a walk in shower.

Ample parking. Large heated swimming pools, 2 heated Whirlpools & Shuffleboard. 3 lighted tennis courts, outdoor barbecues, picnic areas & much more.

Besides relaxing next to the pool or on the powdered white beach, there are plenty of activities to participate near the condo including jet skiing, cycling, and snorkeling at Point of Rock.Note: Condo is located at 6263 Midnight Road - Excelsior Unit 309, Siesta Key, FL, 34242.

This condo is managed by Vacation Rental Pros Property Management LLC which is owned by Steve Milo. Steve Milo is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent for Vacation Rental Pros LLC.

The living room has a large TV, VCR, DVD player, 3 couches. There is a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with wood cabinets and newer appliances including a full size refrigerator w/ ice maker, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Also available is a washer and dryer.

Restaurants, shops and drinking establishments are just a few blocks away. The city of Sarasota is a quick car ride and includes limitless options of restaurants, local shopping and nightlife.

Also available are Kayaking, catamarans, and wind surfing. Or you can visit the Mote Aquarium or Busch Gardens which is a short car ride. Disney World is only 100 miles away.

Whether it's symphony, ballet, live theatre, golf, nightlife, pro baseball, fine /casual dining or museums,  we have it all.
