This home is located in the

Talon Retreat within
the prestigious Grayhawk Golf Community in North Scottsdale. A
backyard oasis was built
in 2005 complete with pebble tec pool and spa with 3 water features,
as well as a Cal
Flame built in barbeque unit and built in refrigerator. There are
also 2 firepits at poolside.
The home is furnished with 2 king beds in the Master and second
bedroom, along with a queen bed
in the third bedroom. The living room consists of a large sectional
leather couch, a 52"
Sony Widescreen TV, Sony receiver, Sony DVD player, and a
pair of Klipsch
tower speakers. The master bedroom has a king bed with a 28" TV. The
family room has a
beautiful pool table with television. The kitchen is fully furnished
with all pots, pans,
dishes, coffe maker, etc. There is a breakfast area in the kitchen
for 4. There is also
a formal dining area for 6. There is also a community pool/spa
located just 50 yards away.
The ceilings are all 12 foot and the main living areas have both
free form natural slate and
hickory wood floors. The kitchen has full granite countertops with
maple cabinets. The
home is tastefully decorated and located in a quiet neighborhood.

This home is available for the following time periods:
June 1st - September 30th $2,100/week or $5,500/month
October 1st - May 31st $3,000/week or $7,500/month
This property has a utility cap of $150 for weekly stays and $300
for monthly stays. Any
amount exceeding that, is paid by the tenant. There is also a
refundable security deposit
due, a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee due, and the use of a long
distance calling card.
This home requires NO SMOKING. Will consider some pets. Sorry, no
cats.
