The entertainment room is downstairs in a park-like setting and features a 52" HD TV, DVD player and 7.1 surround sound system. There is plenty of seating and the couch turns into a comfortable queen sleeper. There is also a separate full bath with a shower.

Rates are $2,900 to $5,000 weekly and $9,000 to $15,000 monthly. A cleaning fee $250 is added. All taxes are included in rates.
