Luxury Villa just four miles from Disney with 30' pool in Orlando

This 2000+ sq ft villa is located on possibly the best lot of a select development called Indian Ridge overlooking a large grassy area containing what the previous owners assured me is a "Sacred Indian Tree" (you can believe this if you wish) which shades a small childrens playground. The house is elevated and extends onto the grassy area to give a private south-facing pool and patio and the pool and patio is fully screened to prevent the intrusion of flying insects.

Indian Ridge is located 3-4 miles from the entrance to Disney's World Drive and forms the ideal base for your visits to the attractions as, when the afternoon temperature soars, you can return to cool down in the 30' swimming pool or air-conditioned villa. Then later, when the temparature drops, return to the parks for the spectacular illuminated parades and firework displays.

In addition to the private pool there is a large community swimming pool, tennis courts, soccer pitch and volleyball courts which are available to our guests free of charge.

There are four well appointed bedrooms; the master has a king-size bed TV DVD and VCR, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other two rooms are twins. We have two living rooms each with a 42" digital wide screen TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player.

The villa features air conditionig,, large kitchen, two bathrooms, separate laundry, double garage with remote controled electric door and gas barbeque. The maximum licensed occupancy is ten people plus one infant. We recently refurbished the villa with new furniture throughout. The kitchen has also recently been completely re-equipped and the whole villa redecorated.

A crib, stroller and high chair are available for the use of our guests at no extra cost.

To keep the children entertained we have recently installed a Foosball, elecronic soft-darts board and an Airhockey machine.

Pets owners - We charge $100 for a pet. This pays for extra cleaning.

The swimming pool is solar-panel heated at no extra cos. If additional pool heating is
required in winter, early spring or late autumn, this can be ordered when booking or later after arrival at the villa, this costs $175 (£120 or €140) per week ($25 per day).
