Located on the 3rd floor of a 4 story elevator building. Built in 2004 with 1333 sq ft. of living space plus a lanai overlooking the 5th hole of the golf course w/beautiful sunset & lake views.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots and pans,
etc. including a dishwasher, microwave. Linens are also provided. The breakfast area has a glass table and 4 chairs.

The living room has a television w/dvd player.  The master bedroom has a king-sized bed w/2 walk-in closets and television.  The second bedroom is separated from the Master w/a queen-sized pull out couch.

The laundry area w/full-sized washer/dryer is located off the entry hall.   There is a neighborhood pool a few buildings down which has restroom facilites & bbq area or you may go to the Beautiful Clubhouse w/resort style pool w/waterfall & hot tub as well as a full service restaurant or outdoor snack area for a casual meal

The condo is conveniently located at The Legends Golf and Country Club,
which is a short distance from I-75 and about 8 minutes from Southwest International Airport.

There are numerous outdoor malls all located within 10-15 minutes from Legends.

The beaches of Bonita, Sanibel, Fort Myers & Naples are all within 35-40 minutes away.

Legends is  gated community with a championship 18 hole golf course.
There is a 2.5-mile walking trail, tennis courts, snack bar, pro
shop, restaurants, computer room, card room, pool room, work-out
room and exercise room for aerobics of all types. Water fitness is
also offered at the clubhouse pool.The pool has a beautiful
waterfall and a spa located to one side and is surrounded with deck
chairs.  Everything you would expect from a country club.

There is a one-time fee of $250 to transfer the social membership.

Pay as you play golf is available from May thru October.

 
There is also a $100 exit-cleaning fee that is deducted from the security deposit.
