Copano Bay House in Rockport

This luxury waterfront home is located on Copano Bay where breathtaking sunsets await you.  Privately owned home comes with its own 250 foot private lighted fishing pier,.  Enjoy some of the best Redfish and Speckled Trout fishing, boating or water sports on the coast right from the privacy of your own home. Designed to be family friendly yet romantically inviting, you will fall in love with it.  Let our vacation home be yours for a few days, a week or two, or a month.

Home consists of two bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has two full beds. We also provide a roll away bed.

All towels, linens, blankets and pillows are provided....just bring your personnal things and start relaxing.

We also have one full bathrooms with shower (no tub). The bathroom centrally located in the hallway.

Central air and heating unit.

There is a stackable washer and dryer located in bathroom.

The kitchen is equally equipped for the gourmet cook with top quality untensils and cookware....ever popular blender, toaster, microwave, stove/oven and dishwasher,refridgerator...

Living room provided for cable TV ( in the spare bedroom as well).

Security deposit $200.00. Once a walk through is done and there is no damage, your security deposit will be sent back.

50% down payment due at time reservation is made. Remaining balance is due 30 days before you arrive.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival date will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee

 Annual events within the Rockport/Fulton area include: Fulton Oysterfest, Rockport Art Festival, Fiesta en La Playa, Hummingbird Celebration, Rockport Seafair, and Christmas Celebration or Lights. The Rockport area is world famous for birding, first class fishing, whooping crane tours, kayak adventures, dolphin watching. Nearby destinations include: Texas Maritime Museum, Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, Rockport Center for the Arts, Copano Bay Causeway State Park. About 30 miles away in Corpus Christi is the Texas State Aquarium and the USS Lexington. The Gulf of Mexico is 45 minutes away on Mustang Island at Port Aransas, with Padre Island National Seashore a little further. Rockport has a calm, shallow sandy beach right in town and it the state's only Blue Wave Beach. It's perfect for smaller children since there is no current or surf.
