This brand new,nicely furnished,3 bedroom,2 bath condo is  
conveniently located 1 block from the beach, the boardwalk and the  
Wildwood Convention Center.You can watch the fireworks from the  
balcony every Friday night and watch first run movies on the beach  
which are offered every night next to the convention center. It is  
in walking distanceto the water parks, the Seashell ice-cream  
parlor, fine dining at Pacific grill....voted best restaurant in  
Wildwood by Philadelphia magazine, Blockbuster, Mr. D's  
steakhouse,Oliver's Pancake house,Kelley's Cafe,cyber-cafe,HotSpot  
Diner,Subway,Kona sports and a playground which includes  
swings,Basketball courts, tennis courts, and a baseball field.It is  
a very short drive to Commerce Bank, a supermarket, Uries Fish and  
Lighthouse Pointe Restaurant, Duffer's miniature golf WaWa, KFC,and  
McDonald's.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo features 3 bedrooms, 1 master bath,1 fullsize bath, a 
kitchen, a living room, a dinette area that seats 8 people 
comfortably, and a balcony. It can accommodate sleeping for up to 8 
people with 2 queen size beds, 1 full size bed and a 1 queen size 
sleeper sofa. The living room has a t.v. with a DVD/VCR and digital 
cable which includes Comcast on demand. All bedrooms include cable 
t.v. and ceiling fans. The condo offers central air conditioning, 
heat, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a  
range/oven,a washer/dryer, an iron/board, a coffee maker, a blender,  
a toaster and a 2 car garage.

Activities are endless....beach, boardwalk,amusements,water parks, 
waverunning, boating, fishing,crabbing, parasailing, surfboarding, 
miniature golfing,bike-riding, night-clubs, comedy-clubs, fine  
dining,great seafood restaurants, sunset cruises, craft shows and a  
weekend happening of events at the Wildwood Convention Center.
