Vacation Rental Description

718  Balboa Court, (lower unit), South Mission Beach - 100 feet to 
the ocean sand, near lifeguard tower 10, with a large front patio, 
and a high speed internet connection.
(may combine with upper unit 720 for large groups)

June thru Aug. - week minimum (Sat. to Sat.) 
Sept thru May - 4 night min.

Remodeled in 2003(orig. constr. 1985)  
This two bedroom, two bath unit is 1000 sq. ft., two units from 
the ocean, 1 ˝ blocks from the bay and walking distance to the 
coaster in South Mission Beach, San Diego.
   
The French doors off the dining room open onto a large slate tiled 
patio which has a view of the beach area.  The patio is furnished 
with teak table and chairs, Santa Barbara umbrella, teak lounge 
chairs, and grill.  The inside of the unit is bright and decorated 
with a warm cottage feel.  

The master bedroom has a queen bed and is decorated with a Sheridan 
seashell and seascape duvet cover and matching curtains.  The second 
bedroom has Nautica linens on the two twin beds.  The kitchen has 
all the amenities that you’ll need to BBQ and cook basic meals.  The 
kitchen, living room and dining room all open onto each other, and 
to the large front patio.

Balboa Park  Gas Lamp District, - 15 mins;
LaJolla Playhouse, Birch Aquarium/Scripps Institute of Oceanography, 
San Diego Wild Animal Park, Torrey Pines Golf/Reserve, Palomar 
Observatory, - 30 to 60 mins.

Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, the Queen Mary, Discovery Science 
Center are 90 mins. drive.  J. Paul Getty Museum, Norton Simon 
Museum, Hollywood and the Sunset Strip are within a two to three 
hour 
drive.

Sept.,            weekly - $1700 to $2000
                  four nights - $1300 to $1500 
Oct. to Jan.      weekly - $1300 to $1800                    
                  four nights - $900 to $1200 

                   (plus tax of 10.5%)

There is also a $500 refundable security deposit in summer, $300 rest of year required at the 
time the reservation is made.  This deposit will hold your reservation.  Payment in full is due 
April 1st for summer months or 60 days prior to arival.
