The patio is furnished with teak table and chairs, umbrella, teak lounge chairs, and grill. 

The inside of the unit is decorated with a warm cottage feel.  The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen has all the amenities that you will need to BBQ and cook basic meals.  The kitchen, living room and dining room all open onto each other, and to the large front patio.

Sept. to May rates - 4 night min.  $150 to $300 per night, depending on holidays.     
          

    Summer 2012
June     - weekly $1800 to $2400
July      -  weekly $2400 to $2800
August - weekly $2200 to $2600

(plus tax of 10.5%)

There is also a $300 security depoist required at the time the reservation is made. This deposit will hold your reservation. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arival.
