This two bedroom, two bath unit is 1000 sq. ft., two units from the ocean, 1½ blocks from the bay.  The French doors off the dining room open onto a large slate tiled patio which has a view of the beach area. The patio is furnished with teak table and chairs, umbrella, teak lounge chairs, and grill. 

The inside of the unit is bright and decorated with a warm cottage feel.  The master bedroom has a queen bed and is decorated with a Sheridan seashell and seascape duvet cover and matching curtains. The second bedroom has Nautica linens on the two twin beds. The kitchen has all the amenities that you will need to BBQ and cook basic meals.  The kitchen, living room and dining room all open onto each other, and to the large front patio.

There is also a $300 security depoist required at the time the reservation is made. This deposit will hold your reservation. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arival.
