718 Balboa Court, (lower unit), South Mission Beach - 100 feet to the ocean with a large front patio. (may combine with upper unit 720 for large groups)
Remodeled in 2011. New tile floor thruoughout unit; vinyl windows; all new master shower; and new bedding.
This two bedroom, two bath unit is 1000 sq. ft., two units from the ocean, 1½ blocks from the bay. The French doors off the dining room open onto a large slate tiled patio which has a view of the beach area if you are tall. The patio is furnished with teak table and chairs, umbrella, teak lounge chairs, and grill.
The inside of the unit is decorated with a warm cottage feel. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen has all the amenities that you will need to BBQ and cook basic meals. The kitchen, living room and dining room all open onto each other, and to the large front patio.
