The house is located steps from Mt. Tabor Park. It is an easy 9 minute drive to the city center, and an easy 12 to 15 minute drive to the Portland International Airport. The house is also close to great shopping and dining neighborhoods such as the Hawthorne Dsitrict.

Location
The house is located 1/2 a block from the entrance to Mt. Tabor Park, one of the bext neighborhoods on Portland's East Side. The park is great for running, hiking, biking, tennis and picnics. A short walk through the park lands you in Portland's Hawthorne District which is lined with shops and restaurants. Downtown Portland is an easy 9 minute drive. Public transportation is as close as a block away.

Reservation & refundable security deposit required. A deposit of half the total rent is required to hold a reservation. $50 cancellation fee. Reservation deposits are non-refundable inside of 30 days. Security deposits are refunded within 3 days of departure.
