Haciendas del Club Golf & Playa beachfront condo in Puerto Rico

Haciendas del Club, PR102 Km 15.4 Interior, Joyuda, Cabo Rojo is a residential community inside Club Deportivo del Oeste. It is a very private and exclusive sector.  Our apartment faces the Caribbean Sea.  It is located on the third floor.  Building has elevator for your convenience.

Club Deportivo del Oeste 18-hole golf course is a more difficult up and down hilly course. Nestled in a mangrove forest, there is a chance some wildlife may join in the game. Open Mon-Sun 7 am to 7 pm. Par/yard 70/5,978. Green fees $35-$40. Rental Clubs $25.

Puerto Rico's southwest coast is full of activities for the whole family. Cabo Rojo Lighthouse, bird sanctuary, mountain bike trails, banana boat rides, deep sea fishing, shopping, great seafood restaurants and variety food. Parguera's Bioluminescent Bay excursions; a trip to the Mayaguez Zoo, or just a relaxing time at the pool or beach.

Rate:  $90 per night.  For bookings of at least 7 nights, nightly rate will decrease to $75 per night.

Monthly Rate:  $1,500  If booking 2 month rate will decrease to $1,100 per month.

$75 cleaning fee per booking.

$100 security deposit needed to reserve payable thru PayPal.
