The spacious living room features a large flat screen TV as part of a home entertainment center with surround sound. A cupboard full of games will also provide hours of fun for your family. The remarkable custom fireplace is covered with a variety of shells collected and installed by a local artist.

The King Master bedroom is set apart from the main living area, offering a private and serene escape. The full bath next to it, has a large walk in shower. A second King Bedroom overlooks the pool area and has an ensuite shower and 2 piece bath. The twin bedroom is located off the dining area and is also handy to the well equipped kitchen. 2 rollaway beds are also included. The main dining area with seating for 8 and a wet bar, is enhanced with french doors overlooking the pool. Through these doors, is an open porch with outdoor dining and a shady spot to relax.

Outdoors there is lots to enjoy. Your own private shuffleboard court is right next to the grill area. Always popular, the expansive, heated pool with spill over spa provides lots of space to lounge or play. The white sugar sand beach is only 2 houses away.
