The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms with berber carpet and lots of closet space. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has futon with thick comfortable matress and access to outside sunny deck. A Queen size air mattress is also available. Full bath has double sink vanity and separate toilet and bath tub/shower room.

Everything needed for a pleasant stay away from home is here!!

Included are:   2 TV's with Cable, ceiling fans, a variety of small appliances including crock pot, blender, coffee maker, iron, vacuum. All necessary items for beach including towels, chairs, umbrellas, fishing pole, ect.  Phone with unlimited local and long distance and internet access available for additional cost.

This is a beautifully maintained, pet friendly community with on site management and private beach acess. Beachwoods community amenities include:A community room, 2 pools (one heated year-round, other heated seasonally), lighted tennis courts, river walk with access to fishing pier on Indian River, exercise room, basketball courts, bocceball, racket-ball.

This is one of the nicest areas in Florida, there are parks within biking distance, and Sebastion inlet and state park is about 15 minutes down the road. Spressor Holland Golf course is only 2 miles+/- north. Plenty of very nice shops and restaraunts are close by. If you've never visited this part of Florida you'll be WOWED! If you've been here before you know how nice it is!

All Orlando attractions and Cape Canaveral are less than an hours drive.

Rates are monthly with a $500.00 security deposit. A $275.00 nonrefundable security deposit for pet (Community rules allow 1 pet per unit).

Community bylaws require one month minimum.

3 month minimum January thru March.

Electric and Water/Sewer are included in the price up to $120.00 per month. Any amount over that will be deducted from security.

Tenant must abide by all community rules, and any fines incurred will be taken from security. The community has very reasonable and fair rules to insure that all who reside here can enjoy this beautiful community equally. List of bylaws and rules can be emailed or faxed at your request.
