Welcome to our cozy retreat in the Mountians! Location, Location, Location! Walking distance (2-5 minute walk!) to Canyon lodge/ski lifts/gondola to the "The Village" and only 5 minute drive to "Main Lodge" & downtown Mammoth. It is beautifully located in the Mammoth West Condominium complex, with panoramic mountain views, ski out trails, great hiking, fishing, golf, mountain biking & more.

Our spacious 2 story townhome offers the following; 4 bedroom/2 bath 1600 sq.ft. All bedrooms have TV/DVD. The first floor has high vaulted cielings with lots of windows & beautiful views of the mountains & trees. The first level includes a master bedroom with a king sized bed & flat screen TV/Dvd with a full bathroom attatched, a living/dining area & fully equipped Kitchen with cooking utensils/ spices & much more and seating for 6 + 3 at the bar & more if needed in the living room. The cozy & spacious living room has cable, 48" LCD TV/Blue Ray/DVD & Ipod dock, a pull out queen sofa-bed, wood burning stove & large deck with spectacular views and bar-bq. We also offer free wireless internet to our guests.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom & laundry area. The gold room has a queen sized bed with lcd tv/dvd, the red bear room has a queen bed & twin bed with a lcd TV/DVD & the 3rd room has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds total-all twin size), lcd TV/DVD & a laundry area with washer & dryer. *Towels & Linens are provided.
The complex has a nice pool area surrounded by trees, a large steamy jacuzzi & a relaxing sauna, as well as an indoor shower/changing room. There is also a game room with a ping pong table, books & more.

Lots! Amazing Mountain biking in the Summer, wonderful day hikes, rock climbing, fishing, boating/kayaking, swimming, horse back riding, wildlife viewing & golf. Winter activities include amazing ski & snowboarding both Mammoth & June Mountain, cross country skiing, snow mobiling, snow shoeing, sledding/tubing. Near restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, "the Villiage" and more. There is a bus shuttle stop out in front. The free shuttle takes you around the town of Mammoth to all the locations you want to visit.
Yosimite National Park and Tuolumne Meadows is only 45 minutes away via Tioga Pass ( Hwy 120).
Mona Lake State Park and recreation area is only 45 minutes away via Hwy 395.

*Minimum age limit 28 years old to rent. 12 guests max..Sorry, We love Pets but they're not allowed. Rules strictly enforced. Note: If managment sees Pets or more than alloted guests, you may be asked to leave & lose $$/deposit.
