accommodations for 8 include a KING bed in master, KING bed (2nd  
BR), queen sleeper, and two bunks recessed in hallway.   
  
These condos features an balcony, elevator, 3 pools (two heated)with  
sundeck & jacuzzi. Condo is only 50 yards from dedicated beach  
access.  
  
This popular vacation condo is in the heart of quaint Gulf Place Town  
Center and is one of the most popular condos on South Walton's  
prestigious Scenic 30-A. When you are not enjoying the quiet beaches,  
you may walk to boutiques or a variety of four local restaurants, a  
coffee shop or neighborhood market.   
 
Sorry, NO Pets and NO Smoking.  The primary rental person must be 25  
years or older.
