Located on the ground floor directly in front of the pool. No elevators or stairs to deal with. Just step off the terrace and enjoy.

Stepping through the front door, you will be astonished by the panorama of impossibly blue turquoise waters that can be viewed through the sliding glass doors that lead to your private terrace. Step off the terrace and you are at the beautiful tri-level heated pool and the Beach area. You will definitely enjoy the direct access to the pool, beach and Ocean that this condo offers.

Built with luxury in mind.  Granite countertops, beautiful Mexican Tile, three-zone air conditioning, FREE High speed Internet, FREE calls to the United States. FREE Dish Network satellite TV. Water is purified throughout the condo with U.V and reverse osmosis technology.

The Master bedroom is adjacent to the terrace and has a king size bed with a (Select Comfort/Sleep Number t/m) mattress. Guest suite beds are Select Comfort as well. If you have never slept on one of these, you will not believe how nice it is to be able to customize the firmness to your own liking. The Radisson hotel chain now uses Select Comfort exclusively.

Both bedrooms have their own private bath with Granite countertops, Kohler fixtures and beautiful Mexican tile throughout.

Casa Caribe Azul is perfectly located. Just south of the town of San Miguel. There is no car rental needed, as you are just a few minutes walk to town, excellent dining and shopping. There is a large grocery store (similar to a super Wal Mart) one block away.

Convenient to everything and you have the beauty of the Ocean right in your back yard.

We chose this location after searching for over six years.

Over the past three years the number of condos available in Cozumel have exploded. We understand how difficult it could be for the first time visitor to Cozumel  to find the best experience available.  As owners  and  long time visitors,  we suggest that you check the following carefully:

PROXIMITY TO THE OCEAN

Is the property right on the Ocean?Don’t compromise. Whether it be crossing a busy boulevard or a enduring an elevator ride it is not necessary. We are located right on the Ocean. Step off the terrace, and you are at the beautiful tri level pool and beach.

LOCATION

How far is it to town  and  grocery stores? You get dropped off at the condo and you have no groceries and refreshments. Now What?

San Miguel is where most of the excellent restaurants are located. San Miguel is also where all the action is. Shopping and Sunday night town  gatherings are just a few of the activities that you do not want to miss. Many properties require car rental or taxi fares that rival the cost of dinner. We are any easy walk to town. We have a wonderful grocery store one block to the south.  No car rental or taxis are necessary. 

Casa Caribe Azul is located in a private resort.  The only FIVE STAR Private Resort on the Island.

My husband son and I spent 10 nights in Casa Caribe Azul. This spacious condo was beautifully furnished. We could not believe how well equipped it was. There were lots of thick fluffy towels, a very well equipped kitchen with an endless supply of drinking glasses, and a great DVD library. We are frequent condo rentals and the extras in this condo were so much better than you would usually find. It is obvious the owners have paid a lot of attention to the details. 

The location can not be beat. You are within walking distance to all of the shops and most of the restaurants. If you need a cab it is easy to hail one out front. The swimming pool is just steps off of your patio. We often felt like we had our own private pool and ended many days with a dip. If you are divers it is just a few more steps to the dock where the dive boats pick you up. 

Jim and Laurie, the property managers were great. Jim met us at the airport and show us how everything worked at the condo. We called them a few times just to ask local knowledge questions and they were very helpful and gracious.

Thank you Mark and Lynn for sharing your home away from home with us. We had a great time and hope to return in the near future.

We recently returned from spending a week in 2009 at Casa Caribe Azul. The experience was everything promised. We have been traveling to Mexico and staying in condos for 10 years. This unit was a little more expensive than what we usually pay, but all of the advantages make it a value. The unit is larger than most rental condos. Free phone to US, free wireless internet access (with an onsite laptop to use) and dish network TV (which we DIDN'T use)and a dvd player are all extras we are not used to.

The unit had plenty of room for our 2 couples. Everything in the unit is made from first class materials and it is very clean and immaculately maintained. Check in and check out are handled quickly and easily.

The location is VERY convenient. We walked into the heart of town every day - it is an easy walk. There is a huge grocery/department store (Mega) that is almost directly across the street. If you just want beer, snacks and breakfast items, you can get them there. If you want fresh fish or steaks to cook (or have cooked for you) and fresh fruit and vegetables, you can get that too. If you want something in between - say some rotisserie chicken with deli side dishes for an easy and economical meal you can (and we did) get that there too. Need suntan lotion or snorkel gear or a new hat or bathing suit? All right handy at Mega.

Tips we got from Mark (the owner) about where to rent a car, good restaurants to frequent, and best places to snorkel were also most appreciated. The vacation experience at Casa Caribe Azul gets 2 thumbs up from all four of us.

For divers, this condo is ideal.  Most dive operators will pick you up at the dock adjacent to the beach. You can relax on the terrace while awaiting dive boat pick up. There is an ample rinse tank and well ventilated and locked storage for wetsuits and gear. Dive tanks are available next door at the dive shop for shore diving. Private, secure dive gear locker provided.

Cozumel is famous for its World Class Diving.

Snorkeling right in front of the condo. There is an artificial reef about one block north of us that is jam packed with marine life. Barracuda, lobster, grouper and even seahorses have been observed there on a regular basis.

Swim with the Dolphins-- located 1 and 1/2 blocks south of us.

Multiplex Cinema Theater two blocks away.

Golf at the Nicklaus designed Golf Course.
