This vacation rental home is located just 4 miles from the
launch ramp, and is just 10 steps away from over 50 miles of
hiking trails to freely enjoy. A beautiful lake view
from the front, and a gated boat parking area 
for you to use as our guests to store your boat and/or jet
skis securly. Pool is not heated.

The oversized master bedroom has a double sink and a vanity
area. There is a huge walk in closet with an iron and ironing
board inside and plenty of room to store your belongings. Every
bedroom in this home has a TV & VCR with remote, and it's own
private bathroom. Complete with 1 King and 2 Queen beds, and
a Queen sized sofa sleeper.
This home has a large kitchen and dining area that seats up to 8
people. There's plenty of room to relax with your friends and
family in the living room area, where there's a 32" TV with lots
of cable channels available, DVD & VCR, as well as a stereo
system, amp and CD player to enjoy.
This home comes with all the comforts of home including a fully
equipped kitchen, and all of your bed & bath linen needs for your
stay.
There is local telephone access at the home, and a TV & VCR in every room along with
alarm clocks for those early risers on the lake. 

Only 5 minutes to the nearest launch ramp and downtown
shopping. The world famous London Bridge here in Havasu is
also only 4 miles away where you will find riverboats that take
you for a 15 minute ride to the nearby indian gaming casinos.
Only a one hour drive to Laughlin, and approximately 10 minutes
to the Lake Havasu Airport.
