need one to wipe the drool from your chin after seeing this custom 
home inside Rosemary Beach that is just Steps From the Beach!

Designed by Alex Krumdiek, this Four Bedroom/Three and-a-half 
Bathroom house includes spacious DUAL MASTER KING SUITES, each with 
private balconies, a total of seven beds, a third story loft and 
directly overlooks beautiful West Kingston Park (with groomed green, 
fountain and reading benches). 

With features and finishes that include a 50-inch Sony Plasma HD 
television, indoor/outdoor speakers, mahogany doors, IPE floors, 
stone fireplace, floating staircase, gourmet kitchen, and outdoor 
hot/cold shower, this cottage will exceed all your expectations! 

Situated in the heart of the beautiful beach community of ROSEMARY 
BEACH and just steps to the world's most beautiful beach, and what 
Coastal Living Magazine described as "the most beautiful place in 
the world to view the sunset."

Each of the four bedrooms are very private. 8 total beds: a king in 
each master, two bunk beds in third bedroom and two singles in 
fourth bedroom.

Two very large upstairs balconies provide private space off of each 
master bedroom. Three oversized downstairs porches provide an 
additional covered outdoor eating space as well as an OUTDOOR DEN 
furnished with Smith & Hawkins sofas, chairs, ottomans, and tables 
that comfortably seat seven or more. 

The tidy yard is fenced. The Indoor Heated Pool, the three outdoor 
pools, fitness facility, multiple playgrounds, childrens' play 
fountain, town restaurants and shops, and the beach are all close 
enough for teh youngest of children to walk. Bicycles are easily 
parked in an area at the front door and can be rented for a nominal 
fee. Weekends at Rosemary Beach often include a West Indian Market 
with arts, crafts, jewelry, and food vendors.
