Newly Renovated Spacious Beach Haven West vacation rental home located at the end of a peaceful and beautiful cul-de-sac. 

The First floor features one bedroom with a king bed and sliding doors to patio, A second bedroom off the family room with a Queen bed, livingroom, two full bathrooms, large eat-in-kitchen with sliding doors to patio, washer/dryer . Patio has table, chairs and awning, large deck, wrap aroundboat dock, Waverrunner/Jet Ski lift. Large landscaped, fenced in, backyard with inground pool. (pool is closed from October - May) and fire pit. While staying in this fully furnished Beach Haven West Vacation Home you will also find a Satelite Connected TV in the livingroom and a small TV/VCR in the smaller bedroom upstairs.

The Second floor features three (3) bedrooms, one (1) bath. The rear bedroom has two (2) full and one (1) twin bed, the middle smaller bedroom has two (2) twin beds, and the Master Bedroom has a king bed snd a twin drundel which pulls out to a king..

We would be happy to have you experience the wonderful summer days by the pool and the cool Autum and Spring Nights on the patio. You can have peace of mind by having your boat docked adjacent to the property on our private dock.  With a quick skip and jump you can be fishing, crabbing, cruising or just sitting and enjoying. Linens (including Pillows & Blankets along with sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach/pool towels, etc. are not supplied).  If you would rather not bring your linens, you can rent linens from Bed & Bath Linen Rentals, LLC.  Please visit them on thier website.

In Season Pricing -  May 1 - September 30 - $4,225.00 Per Week (utilities are included)*

4th of July week  -  $4,460.00 per week (utilities are included)*

Labor Day week   -  $4,460.00 per week (utilities are icnluded)*

A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total rental fee is required to reserve the dates requested.

The balance of the  Rental Amount is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

All Guests are required to obtain Accidental Rental Damage Insurance in lieu of a Security Deposit.  The Insurance can be obtained through Travel Guard.  The cost is $69.00 for $3,000.00 worth of coverage.  A policy number Must be received prior to the arrival date.

OFF SEASON PRICING  -   October 1 - April 30 - PLEASE CALL TO DISCUSS PRICING.
