Spacious Beach Haven West vacation rental home located at the end of a cul-de-sac. This rental features three (3) bedrooms, one (1) bath on second floor. First floor features one (1) bedroom with a king bed and sliding doors to patio, den, livingroom, bathroom, large eat-in-kitchen with sliding doors to patio. Patio has table, chairs and awning, washer/dryer, wrap around deck, boat dock, Waverrunner/Jet Ski lift. Large landscaped, fenced in, backyard with inground pool. (pool is closed from October - May) and fire pit. While staying in this fully furnished Beach Haven West Vacation Home you will also find a Satelite Connected TV in the livingroom and a small TV/VCR in the smaller bedroom upstairs.
The Second floor rear bedroom has two (2) full and one (1) twin bed, the middle smaller bedroom has two (2) twin beds and the Master Bedroom has a king bed.
We would be happy to have you experience the wonderful summer days by the pool and the cool Autum and Spring Nights on the patio. The ease of having your boat dockside, and with a quick skip and jump you can be fishing, crabbing, cruising or just sitting and enjoying. Linens (sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach/pool towels, etc. are not supplied). If you would rather not bring your linens, you can rent linens from Bed & Bath Linen Rentals, LLC. Please visit them on thier website.

1/2 the rental fee is due as a deposit and the balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
All Guests are required to obtain Accidental Rental Damage Insurance in lieu of a Security Deposit. The Insurance can be obtained through Travel Guard. The cost is $69.00 for $3,000.00 worth of coverage. A policy number MUST be received prior to the arrival date.
