Overlooking the 17th tee on the Championship Dinah Shore course at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, this beautifully furnished 2-story villa has been newly remodeled with granite counters, sandstone tile, wood floors and fresh paint throughout.  The extra large great room is perfect for gracious living and entertaining with large TV, DVD player, fireplace and wet bar.  There are two sets of slider doors in the living room open to the 17th fairway which lead out to a patio complete with brand new patio furniture and gas BBQ.  The kitchen boasts a new dishwasher, new small appliances, dinnerware, flatware, stemware, utensils and gourmet cookware.  A guest bathroom is located off the entry hall.  Upstairs you will find a brand new California king bed and furniture in the master bedroom.  In the guest bedroom there is a queen bed, a twin bed, along with a small office area.  Both spacious bedrooms have in-suite TV's and large slider doors leading out to a porch overlooking the 12th, 16th and 17th holes.  Both bedrooms share a master bathroom on the second floor through separate doors.  New linens and towels are provided, as well as unlimited US phone service, cable TV and internet access
