This beautiful home has 14' ceilings to add to its old world charm, while the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter-tops, and the dining area features seating for 8 people. 

The large master suite features a king-size pillow-top bed, a 42" flat screen Samsung television, his and hers sinks and a deep soaking tub that allows you to watch the television while enjoying your bath.  It is extremely private and offers Italian ambiance with every modern convenience.

The second bedroom offers french doors that open up to the front courtyard, a queen size pillow-top bed and a flat screen television.  The third bedroom offers a flat screen television with two extra long twin beds.

The Casita is a private unit with french doors to the the courtyard, a queen-size pillow top bed, private bath, wet bar and flat screen television.

The one level home has a two-car garage, wireless high-speed Internet, gas fireplace, full size washer and dryer, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen with stainless steel Jennair appliances and granite counter tops.  

The backyard features a swimming pool with a water descent feature, spa, and interior home remote control that includes just a push of a button for you to enjoy the night party features that include waterfall, bubbling spa and rotating colors of pool lights.
